Duplicate new order emails send out from Woocommerce

    Hi

    We have been struggling to sort out an issue where our new order emails from the Woocommerce store is being send out in duplicate to all listed parties. Sometimes it is even in triplicate or more!

    We did a lot of troubleshooting with our payment gateway and payment options, Cloudflare, caching, Woocommerce but to no avail.

    Since yesterday, it is not only the duplicate emails problem, but some of the new order emails are not send out even though the transaction is successful and processed on the Woocommerce backend.

    Can you please help?

    Hello, Incanda,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    Please check how it works when our email builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).

    Also, check how it works when not XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).

    Let us know the results of the tests.

    Email Builder is not activated and we have already tried it with another theme.

    It seems as if it is a cron job that is stuck but we don’t know how to resolve it
