Hello i have big problem with double logo… i change only logo but i don’t happened and duplicated..

Did you make changes in files of the child theme?
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

Ok. But FTP access doesn’t work still.
As we can see, you edited the header.php file via child theme. With the new theme version, it causes logo duplication. If you need our assistance with this, contact your hosting provider and ask why our support team can’t connect FTP using mentioned credentials – http://i.prntscr.com/V0RQCs_rSCW2XYWm_p3Jtw.png

It is not recommended to edit PHP files via Dashboard, because when something went wrong the Dashboard will be locked and I can’t be fixed without FTP access.
Meanwhile, if your changes in the header, that was done via the child theme, are not important, just re-name the header.php file via FTP and this file will be taken from the parent theme, with no logo duplication.
Did you made changes by yourself or asked a developer? Try to take a new header.php file from the parent theme into the child and made your changes one more time there?
