Duplicate headers appearing and demo content also appearing on all pages above main container

Hi, I’m having an issue with duplicate headers appearing and demo content also appearing on all pages above main container. It looks like the main and sticky headers are both stacked on top of one another and there is also demo content appearing on all pages above the main body content and I can’t figure out how to remove it.

Any assistance would be much appreciated

Hello, Seanpearse,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

The problem can be caused by custom CSS code on your site. Please check the code or provide us with temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

Hi Rose,

Thanks for your prompt response and assistance. I’ve checked the custom CSS and I can’t see anything in there. I haven’t made any changes in there either around that time but yes if you can have a look that would be great, I’ll pass the admin details over now.

Actually it’s ok, I think I’ll just switch out of the child theme and set it up myself through the main theme template. Thanks anyway.

Yes I think it’s fine, I’ll just recreate it in the main theme which I think is a better solution moving forward anyway.
