  I am trying to split my product categories into two separate columns, but when I try to drag the second product into the new column I made, the interface fails to recognize it, and it does not work. I am unable to drag the item where I need to because of this, and am once again, stuck. Please help

  Hello,

  You used out of date version of WPBakery plugin. Try now. Also, you can use WPBakery backend editor.
