Hello,

I am having a problem with downloadable products. In the customer area ilt does not appear even if the order is “in progress” or “completed”.

Can you help me ?

Hello,

Please check if you have this problem when a default WC theme – Storefront is activated. If the situation is independent of the theme, contact the support of WooCommerce. If this issue persists with our theme only, provide screenshots, for a better understanding, and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
