Download is off screen on mobile devices

    Hi,

    After a purchase, my customers can download the product from a link. This link is, however off-screen on mobile devices. I edit with Elementor, but I can’t access the order page. Can you help me change the margins, so the download is visible on mobile devices?

    Hi,
    have attached a screenshot from my mobile device showing the “Thank You for Your Order” page after I made my purchase at my website. As you can see, the download link is outside the margins when my phone is vertical, but it is visible when my phone is in a horizontal position. Is there any way to get the full link to be visible when the phone is positioned vertically?

    Could you kindly provide us with the link to the page shown in your screenshot, as well as the access credentials for the test account from which the purchase was made? This will allow us to view the exact content of the page that you are showing us.

    I’m not entirely sure what you mean by “access credentials for the test account.” Are you referring to a test credit card to make a purchase?

    If that’s the case, you can use the following details:

    Card number: 4000 0020 8000 0001
    (The expiration date and security code can be any valid values, as long as the dates are correct.)

    To enhance the user experience on small devices, you might consider hiding certain items from the table to ensure the button remains consistently visible. As a suggestion, you can try applying the following custom CSS in Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Mobile CSS:

    .woocommerce-order-downloads .download-remaining {
        display: none;
    }
    
    .woocommerce-order-downloads .woocommerce-MyAccount-downloads-file {
        height: auto;
    }
