    Hiya,

    We have a clients site gone live this morning for a home show, a couple of issues … there seems to be a double up in the cart page … the whole bottom cart section we don’t want, we just need the top section but have no idea how to remove the bottom one.

    Also the logo drops down over the navigation bar and/or is stretched when in responsive mode on the mobile views and also on the iPad view.

    Are you able to possibly help with these?

    Thanks Hally

    Re the logo with the responsive issue we would like it to sit within the white space and not drop down over the bar .. basically to resize if thats possible.

    Arrghh okay … I still need help with the logo … we uploaded a smaller size for mobile and have tried popping css in to help when the sticky appears the white container behind isn’t sitting below the logo and icons like it should.

    We did pop in some css to try and fix another issue on the tub sizes and contact page to get the last row to sit butt againast the footer as nothing we tried in the page builder was working as it should to decrease the margin in the design options panel.

    Slightly frustrated now as I’d just like it to work properly.

    Hello,

    Regarding the logo please add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile:

    .fixed-header-area {
       height: 85px;
    }
    .fixed-header-area .cart-bag {
       top: 30% !important;
    }

    Please clarify the issue with cart. Show a screenshot if possible.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Cart screenshot … the area in the red is a double up. The cart page in the demo theme is what we want.

    Hello,

    You’re using very old theme version which isn’t compatible with the latest Woocommerce version.
    Please update the theme to the latest version.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Will removing the woocommerce folder remove all the current shop content and settings though? The woocommerce is the latest version Is there not a piece of code/css I can hide that bottom section with? The site has just gone live for the client :/ …

    Hello,

    Have you made any changes in the file in wp-content/themes/woopress/woocommerce directory (not in the plugins folder)?
    If no, than none Woocommerce settings will be removed.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
