Double footer when I am not logged in the back end

Dear Support,

I am turning to you for support. I am facing a strange case. When I am not logged in in the back end, the website shows 2 identical footer. However, when I am logged in the footer is only one. (please see the private area)

Obviously I want only one footer, could you please help me to solve the issue?
