    Hello there,

    I was wondering if you could please help me with this. I have double “Proceed to Checkout” buttons on the checkout page on my site and only one button seems to work. Its really strange because when Im logged in they both work, but when I act as a customer only the one works. This is annoying because it could drive my customers away!

    Can you please help?
    Thanks again.
    Kind regards,
    Ryan

    Hello,

    Have you updated Woocommerce and the theme?
    Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in private content.
    Confirm you’ve already made a backup of the site and database.

    Hi there Eva,

    Thank you for updating our site, but the ‘proceed to checkout’ button doesn’t work at all. And Ive received a few complaints already about this.

    Since the update I now have noticed more issues.

    * Product pictures out of sinc (no slide show)
    * My social media icons have reset
    * Most of the font has changed
    * Newsletter doesn’t respond
    * CAPTCHA Security Image not showing
    * Breadcrumbs not loading

    Oh my gosh, should I be worried about all this? I hope you can fix it before the stress sets in.

    Thanks again
    Regards,
    Ryan

    I have had to shut my website down because everything was out of sinc and all my settings were reset. What do you suggest I do?

    Hello again Eva,

    I am re-installing all the sites content from a backup that was made yesterday. Hopefully the site will be back to its original state.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    I have re-installed wordpress and my site is still not responding! I have been talking to my host the whole day about these errors and it looks like the plugins that come with the theme are causing the problems. The plugins/Ultimate_VC_Addons/modules/Ultimate_Flip_Box.php is the problem, when ever I enable it I get an error and I cant log into my wordpress dashboard! Can you help with this?

    thanks

    Hello,

    Please specify what error you’re getting and provide us with correct wp-admin panel credentials.
