Dokan Plugin Not Working Properly And Turn Off Fake Sale Popup On Custom Page

Hi dear, I have a 3 big problems, please solve this

1. Dokan Plugin Problem
You will see 2 problems in the Dokan plugin which are not seen on any other theme after deactivating the xstore theme.

A) The vendor withdraw option is loaded always & balance request option is not visible. Note: This is working only on the wordpress admin’s vendor dashboard but there is an issue on other vendor accounts.

B) On creating a new product, the icon for the downloadable and virtual not visible properly. Note: Vendor dashboard loads fast on the wordpress admin account, while it loads very slow on the customer vendor account.

I have attached the demo vendor account details please check and solve this big probleṃ.

2. Fake Sale Popup
I want to stop this popup on some specific pages like it should not show on vendor dashboard.

3. Dokan Vendor Page
I want to design a custom page for my vendor account. How should I do it in a way that the website header and footer are not displayed and I can create the dashboard menu with a custom logo. Please guide me on this.

1.A) We have encountered a 404 error when attempting to log in using the vendor account you provided. Please refer to the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/VrrYomj_qcAk. Kindly ensure that the vendor account has been verified and approved by the site administrator.

1.B) Additionally, we recommend adding the following custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

.product-edit-container .dokan-feat-image-upload a.dokan-feat-image-btn { padding: 15px 30px; height: 40px; max-width: 80%; font-size: 12px !important; } body .product-edit-container .instruction-inside { padding: 32% 0 !important; }

Please note that the loading speed of the dashboard page is primarily dependent on the Dokan plugin. For performance-related concerns, we suggest reaching out directly to the Dokan plugin support team.

2) We also recommend adding the following custom CSS to hide the sales booster popup on the Dokan dashboard:

body.dokan-dashboard #sales-booster-popup { display: none !important; }

1.A) Vendor account 404 error not showing. its working. so please login and check the withdraw option. I have sent the login details.
