When creating a category with image does not appear in woocomerce.

I have 4 parent categories, but you can only see 3.

    Hello,

Do you have the problem with the default WC theme activated on your site (Storefront)?
Also, try to disable 3-rd party plugins, clear cache and check how it works then.

    Regards

Hi, I deleted the cache from wp rocket, and desahibilite plugins, also desahibilite the wpml I thought was making the mistake.

I still haven’t been able to make the category appear, what error could be happening?

    Hello,

To find out if the problem relates to XStore theme, to need to check how categories work with Storefront theme (Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront).
If the problem persists with our theme only, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content area https://prnt.sc/n2okla

    Regards

The problem persists with the Storefront theme. The categories that are created are not reflected.

    Please contact administrator

    Hello,

If you have problems with the default WooCommerce options even when the default Storefront theme is enabled then you need to contact WooCommerce plugins support. We can help you only in case the problem appears only when our theme is enabled or with XStore theme options.

I have added the product to category and it appeared on the frontend. Seems problem was caused by the empty category.

    Regards
