Dokan Sidebar for Store Pages - by amahol

The sidebar is not visible in the store pages although I:
1) chose the sidebar in the page settings — didn’t work
2) tried using the theme’s default sidebar — didn’t work
3) disabled the option to use the theme’s default sidebar — didn’t work

I don’t know what else to try. The first option (1) worked for my previous theme but it doesn’t for this one. The dokan sidebar does not display.

Hello,

Provide URL of page where the sidebar should be displayed and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

Currently the sidebar is having many issues which I don’t understand.

The sidebar is displaying in the store-list but not in the store page

The native dokan widgets in the dokan sidebar aren’t actually showing, only if I add other widgets (and again, not in the store page, but in the store-list page, where they aren’t supposed to go)

Hello! It seems that the sidebar is on the correct page (the store page) however the store-list page still has the layout of the sidebar (with the content pushed towards the right as if there were a sidebar but without the sidebar), could you help with that too please?

Could you tell me what was the problem so I can keep it in mind for the future?

Hello,

The Stor list page has sidebar because you have enabled it in the page settings https://gyazo.com/e76cb6db6dd94d198fa4f6895974a878 Sidebar should be disabled if you don’t want to show it there.
Problem with the vendor page was related to styles of the Dokan plugin and classes for the sidebar block in combination with the theme styles. We have made some improvements and it will be included in next theme update.

Question about vendors per row you need to address to Dokan plugin author, I’m not sure if they have option or shortcode parameter to change it.

Hello,

Great!! I noticed that there are still some problems. I apologize for being the bearer of bad news…

Whenever I click Reviews in the store page, the whole layout changed to mobile and it completely disconfigures, I wish I could send you a picture

It says that there has been a “Critical error in my site”

Also, when I click Vendor Biography in the store, the sidebar disappears again, it only shows for the product tab.

Also, provide us with WP Dashboard access, one more time.

Hello,

Please take a look. This is what happens when I click on Reviews. It says critical error and learn about debugging on wordpress.

Please let me know if I did the image thing correctly.

As for when you click on biography, the sidebar just disappears.
