I have migrated *dokan plugin* to *multivendorx plugin* but all the orders are not showing under woocommerce. Please solve this problem, I am very upset for last 5 days.

I have 700+ orders in my database and they are still showing in the database, but as soon as I install the multivendor plugin it is showing only 36 inside the woocommerce plugin.

Note: When the vendor login Multivendorx Panel, he can see the orders in the vendor dashboard

You please access my Cpanel once and fix it, I want you to solve this problem, so that I don’t have to take help from anywhere else. Request

i have sent the screenshot of problem.

    Dear @WebLxo,

We hope this message finds you well.

As you proceed with the migration from the Dokan plugin to the MultiVendorX plugin, we kindly request that you temporarily switch to a default theme, such as Storefront. This will help ensure that all orders have been imported correctly during the transition.

Once the verification is complete, you may revert to using the XStore theme.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could inform us of the results.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    its not working.

    1. I restored the old database and 700+ orders started showing
    2. I activated the storefront theme
    3. I activated multivendorx and migrated it
    4. Only 36 orders started showing

It seems that the store order table is different and hence it is not showing in the orders. I am not able to understand this problem. Please solve it. i have attached the screenshot

    Hi,
You did not understand my problem, I have read all the articles, this is not related to my problem.

Main problem is my orders are not showing inside WooCommerce in wordpress, or the *product ID* missing error is showing,

Old Vendor, Product, Order with Dokan Plugin, all is shown in MultiVendorX Plugin,

    But

In Dokan plugin, admin account was as vendor, but in Multivendorx, that admin is different or is not a vendor, i.e. website owner’s orders are not showing in woo-commerce.

    I have attached the screenshot.

    Dear @WebLxo,

We hope this message finds you well.

We are currently unclear about the details of the migration process. To better understand and identify any potential issues, could you kindly set up a staging environment where the orders are displayed correctly using the Dokan plugin?

This would allow us to proceed with the migration to MultiVendorX plugin and observe any errors that may occur during the process.

Thank you in advance for your support.

After migrating from Dokan to MultiVendorX, the admin account’s 650+ product orders are not showing in WooCommerce. The error shows:
“The following required query string data is missing: product_id”

    📌 Step-by-Step Problem Description
1.Old Setup – Using Dokan Plugin

    • My website was running on Dokan multi-vendor plugin for 1 year.
    • I had 5 vendors on the website.
    • As an admin, I also created 50+ products and received 650+ orders on them.
    • WooCommerce used to show 700+ total orders (including completed, failed, etc.).

    2. New Setup – Migrated to MultiVendorX in July

In July, I migrated from Dokan to MultiVendorX plugin.

    After migration:
    • The vendor accounts and products were successfully imported.
    • Vendor orders and payments are showing correctly in WooCommerce.

    3. Main Problem (Admin Orders Not Showing)

    • My admin-created 50+ products (which got 650+ orders) are now:
    • Not showing under any vendor in MultiVendorX.
    • Not showing any of their 650+ orders in WooCommerce reports.

    Error Observed After Migration

After activating MultiVendorX, I saw this error:
“The following required query string data is missing: product_id”

    This means:

    • Product IDs used in Dokan were different.
    • MultiVendorX is not able to fetch the old product ID data correctly.
    • So, old orders linked to admin products are not loading.

    4.Orders Still Exist in Database

    • I checked the PHP database, and all 650+ admin orders are still saved in the WooCommerce order tables.
    • This confirms that the order data is not lost, it’s just not displaying in WooCommerce after the migration.

    Expected Result

    • I want my old admin orders (650+) to show in WooCommerce.

These should be linked properly to admin products or shown as vendor orders if possible.

I have shared screenshots of the error and the missing order data.
