    Hello, @KJP BLACK,

I see so you mean, you are not able to configure/set the settings like (managing withdrawals, vendors, refunds, verification, and so on) from the Dokan plugin dashboard right?

If yes, then can you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not? And check, what will be the behavior of the plugin with the default Theme.

Furthermore, you can check the Dokan plugin doc as well: https://wedevs.com/docs/dokan/

After I searched for the cause, WZone – WooCommerce Amazon Affiliates plugin and dokan plugin if activated together will crash other dokan/multi vendor plugins so they can’t work. So can only use one of these plugins

    Hello, @KJP BLACK,

First of all, We really appreciate your efforts to debug the cause of the issue, and Sound”s good that you find the culprit.

And yes, you have to use any one of them to avoid confliction between them. Otherwise, this requires extra customization.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello,

Go to Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources > Off. Activate mentioned options once all changes to the header/footer will be done.
Then enable Elementor for the footer (go to Elementor > Settings > Post types > check Static Blocks and Products) and edit it.

    Regards
