Does not remove colour behind static blocks,

Hi the light green colour behind the container of all the static blocks that run down the center, I can not find the option anywhere to change that light green colour. tried to change all colours but it didn’t work, please help, thanks

Hi no not that brown colour, the colour in the middle container its a lime green colour
