When the customer selects a product from the store and clicks add to cart, the page is not refreshed, only when they enter again the product appears in the cart.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with WooPress https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/Plugins/Included_Plugins , clear cache of browser and CDN cache, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

The problem on your site can be caused by an additional plugin, to check this, you need to do the next test:
– go to Dashboard > Plugins > select all plugins, except these – https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/Plugins/Included_Plugins and disable them – https://prnt.sc/qau2Iynnj2tA, then test if the problem persists. Let us know the result.
In case the problem is independent of plugins, please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
