    Hi,

This is just a heads up for anyone that uses WOOTHEME with WP Super Cache, I recently noticed that I was getting white blank pages when checking my website on Internet Explorer.

I updated to WOOTHEME 2.9.1 and it made no difference, I deactivated all plugins and reactivated them one-by-one, when I reactivated WP Super Cache the White blank pages started to happen again?

I didn’t have this issue with Firefox, Chrome etc and because people still use IE browser I removed WP Super Cache and installed W3 Total Cache.

All working fine with W3 Total Cache and I would say quicker also.

I have read online people having similar issues, but getting little to no support with this issue.

I only stumbled across this problem when checking IE out of curiosity as I don’t normally use it, if any customers used IE browser they might very well of clicked off my website and gone to a competitor meaning I lost business.

** A GOOD IDEA TO CHECK YOUR WEBSITE TO SEE IF YOU HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM

I am unsure if it was specific to my website but strange it only happens with WP Super Cache and W3 Total Cache works fine on IE browser??

    Hello,

Our theme is not compatible with WP Super Cache plugin.

Also we’re glad to hear that your issue solved now.

Please try to disable all cache and others third-party plugins then check it.

Also we need your wp-admin and FTP credentials to check this issue more deeply.

    Regards,

Robert I can give you certain FTP access by I am not willing to allow full access to the WP admin area as I have confidential client details which I can not allow access to.

wootheme 2.8 version worked fine, you then updated to 2.9 and 2.9.1 and it breaks the responsive functionality on mobile, before the pages would not move from left to right causing white space but now they do?

Please get Olga or a manager to contact me on here or by email (in private) to resolve this.

I will leave 2.9.1 theme version up for a little longer, then I will have to YET AGAIN go back to 2.8 theme version, but this time I will be looking for a better theme provider who can offer better support and can code correctly.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

I have created FTP access allowing access to wp-content and theme folder

If you need me to do anything via WP Admin I will do this.

    Hello,

We’ve added compatibility with the W3 total cache plugin and theme you mentioned works well with it. We tested the theme with the WP Super Cache plugin and did not find these problems in our demo sites. Perhaps white screen associated with specific settings that you use.

If you are not fundamentally which plugin to use, we recommend you the W3 Total Cache.

As I see your question with an empty space on mobile phone in portrait mode resolved. Do you have any other questions?

    Regards,
    Robert Hall

With our demo site it worked too.

Unfortunately we do not know what’s exactly wrong with your settings.
