Topic: Do you guys have a tutorial on product filter?

Hi guys,

I am trying to use the product filter on the shop page, but i dont know how it works.
I happened to have another site with the same theme and here the filter works perfectly!

But i don´t know how we did it, and we want to apply it on this new site of a new customer.

To add product filters to your store, please navigate to the Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets. Then, add the product filters to the “Shop Sidebar” or “Shop Filters” and clear your browser cache. For reference, please see the image at the following link: https://postimg.cc/vDBHm6Nv.

Hi Tony!

Thanks for the reply and the info.
I tried that but I am not being able to make de filters work.

The filter widget is appearing, but when clicked, nothing happens.

And also, how can i make the filter widget to appear on a side like in hamaratadenim.com.ar ?

The Active filters widget appears after applying some filters, for example, filter by price.

2/ Do you mean this https://prnt.sc/R3mvmDu6fhQP It is Shop page sidebar, go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page Layout > Sidebar Position > select Off-Canvas.
