Do not update changes to a non-costum screen

Making the changes needed to customize everything is fine. As soon as I load a tab that does not have the customization it does not show any change. All versions are up to date. What is wrong and what should I change?
I note that I use the theme on other sites and they do not have such a problem.

Also, provide temporary wp-admin access. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

This version uses Multiple headers. Watch the video tutorial on how to edit multiple header https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc You just need to edit for the Home page also – http://prntscr.com/111adco
