Divi builder plugin problem - by Marta Iraola

Hello,

I am rebuilding a website that was developed with the divi theme. As we have a lot of posts tha tuse the divi builder, we have decided to use the “Divi builder” plugin to maintain the post section with that builder.

However, when we tried to activate the divi plugin wordpress gave a critical error. After checking many things, we have discovered that the “culprit” is the “xstore core” plugin. If we try to have both plugins activated at the same time it gives a critical error. But if we deactivate xstore core, the divi builder plugin works fine.

Could you please check this to make both of them work at the same time? I will give you login details to check this better.

Hello,

We have decided to maintain the divi theme in the website as we were having multiple problems otherwise.

If I delete the license from the website we were developing, will I be able to use the license in another new project?

Hello,

1) Provide us with the purchase code that you used and we’ll reset the activation limit to allow you to use it for the other project.
2) If you need to use our theme on that site we need also FTP access to check the Fatal error and fix it.

Hello Olga,

1) I have put the license In the private content area. I have deactivated it from the “fake” website already so there should be no problem.

2) Thank you very much for your offer but in the end we have used divi for the website. I am sure we will use xstore again very soon!

Hello,

1) But as I can see XStore is an active theme for that project https://prnt.sc/wmhrhd
We’ll be able to reset the activation limit only if you don’t use theme on that site.

Hello Olga,

Sorry for the confusion. That website in that URL is not going to exist anymore, the idea was to develop it in that URL and then migrate the contents to the good URL. We have installed divi again in the URL so you can see we are not using xstore there anymore.
