  I have built 2 headers one for the desk top and one for the mobile. Setting for both are shown in the images attached.
  Both are set to display on entire site as you can see from the attached image.
  This seems to be working on the mobile with the correct header displaying. However there is no header displaying on the desk top.
  Is the the correct way to set up the headers? before I set up the mobile one the desk top one was working with no problems.
