Hi, I found a display problem on my mac. When I enlarge the screen to its maximum size, the shop page, sales page, product category page and product page do not show all the info properly. All the data was shifted to the left hand side, leaving no gap between the edge of the computer and the category column on the left hand side, then some of the data missing on the right hand side, but leaving a lot of space empty on the right hand side till the edge. How to fix it please? Also, how can I include a screen shot for you to look at please?

    Many thanks.

    Hello,

When resizing a browser window you should reload a page. Please try it.
You can upload screenshot to some image storage, for example http://imgur.com/ .

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva

Sorry to say that it didn’t work as you suggested. I got a friend of mine to open my website from another EU country on a normal laptop running window. I was told that he found the same issue as I described previously and he wasn’t doing resizing a browser.

Please find the screenshot on imgur as below:http://imgur.com/le4Ttoi

And this problem didn’t happen before. Previously, whether or not I resized the browser window, all the info would display at the centre, leaving good size gap on both side and displaying all the data.

Please have a look for me and let me know how to fix it. (include account access info should you require to check it out at the backend.)

    Many thanks.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.
