Display just categories as images when you first visit shop page

On my current shop page I have categories on the left and image category + products on the right…

only on the right I only want to show just the image categories with the wording overlaying i.e whats displaying on the Shop page currently but without the products e.g.;

Kitchen Cabinets
Read More

is this possible? if not I would like to show just categories on left and all products on right with no image categories.

Hello,

You can select what to show on Shop page in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Display > Shop Page Display, select “Show Products”.
