Discount applied to product even though i didnt add it

    Hi,

    When i add a product and go to checkout page, there is a discount on the product even though i did nothing to apply a discount.

    Just add any product and go to checkout page.

    I disabled your theme and set another theme and the problem stopped

    Please visit the link I gave and try to add 10 boxes of name card.

    Before checkout, it is $150 (For the default options), when I add to cart and go to checkout page, it became $135. Where did this discount came about?

    If I switch the theme, the discount is not there but if I use your theme, the discount is there

    The discount you observed on your website was due to the “Quantity Discount” feature being enabled. You can find more information about this feature here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-setup-booster-sales-quantity-discounts/.

    For your convenience, we have temporarily deactivated this feature so that you can verify whether the discount is still being applied.

    Hi

    Yes, the problem have disappeared.

    However, I have a new problem now. In the link I give, I click on customise button and just press add to cart and it shows 10 pieces as default . It should show 1 piece but I don’t know why it selected 10 pieces by default. Which part of the theme is related to this error?

    Could you kindly clear your browser cache and check again? If the problem persists, we would greatly appreciate it if you could record a video of the issue using a screen recording extension on your computer, rather than a mobile phone. This will help us better understand the steps you are taking, as videos recorded on phones can sometimes be unclear or blurred.

    I am not able to screen record but ive tried my best to take a video of the entire screen without any shaking by using a stabiliser. I hope this works.
