Disable login and registration on checkout

Hello.
In WooCommerce -> Accounts I have unchecked
Enable registration on the “Checkout” page
and
Display returning customer login reminder on the “Checkout” page

but the forms show up.
Cann I disable the first step in checkout “Checkout method” and start with the shiping address?

Hello,

I’ve set Default checkout template in Theme Options > Shop > Checkout Page. Please check it now.

The label “Postcode / ZIP” in order form don`t translate.
