Hi, I have woocommerce installed its working fine. The only issue is when I add a product to cart it dose not update the cart instantly, only when I reload the page. That means, If I have set a descount for orders more than 50 the HOVER cart will not show the corract ammount and total for the discount untel I reload the page.

this is a woocommerce oficial extention and it is not free! so I think that it must work correctly with your theme.

Hello,

Sorry, but we don’t provide support for 3rd-party plugins. We support only Woocommerce plugin itself, not its extensions. We can’t test them all, as there is huge amount of them.

So you are telling me that If I need woocommerce and the oficial extention I need to buy a wootheme theme? This is not logic. Legenda is a woocommerce and wordpress theme, it must at least work with the popular woocommerce plugins, dinamic pricing is one of the most popular. Why would I want a theme that only can work with woocomerce basic plugin??? there is other plugin needed so that we can have a distinguished ecommerce site.

this is a -1 to legenda. I spend all day trying to make my site work as I like it to do, just to discover that I am limited to what the theme can and cant do.

Look how crazy will be the customers when they see this:

when I reload it fix the amounts. Also in hover. Many other discount plugins from woocommerce or others need this to be fixed. So, fixing this little thing you will make your theme more compatible with “the many other plugins”.

Hello,

Please try to disable “Ajax “Add to Cart”” option in Theme Options > Single Product Page and check Cart page then, clear browser cache before.

hi, nice now the price and the discount are reflected in the cart hover, but that does not solve the issue.

1- For example. In this screenshot I have a discount of 3% when the customer adds 3 products to cart, it does not show the discount until 4 products is added (it mus show the discount with 3 products no hover cart) and the total is not correct.

Again, first page reload fixes what you added (the product discounts) and second reload fixes the total. To recreate the issue go to, http://www.eurocorals.com add 3 products then see cart hove then reload the page 2 times and see what happens each time.

2- In the cart also the issue is not solved with the totals, you need to reload the page after you go to the cart for the first time after adding the 3 products.

Nice job with the display of the discounts in cart but this does not solve the issue.

We checked the issue with default Woocommerce theme Storefront and it persists there too. In this case you have to contact the plugin author to investigate the problem.

Hi, I contacted wootheme and I showed them this post. This is not the first time that we contacte them becouse of this issue and they always say the same thing that is my theme. So they replayed to every point in this post:

That hover box is not added by WooCommerce itself, but by the theme.

That file isn’t part of WooCommerce, it’s bundled within your theme I guess

I tried to replicate on a local install with Storefront and Twenty Fifteen (official WordPress theme) and that worked fine.

To me the issue is definitely with the theme.

Hello,

We noticed that with default theme top cart shows incorrect price on shop page too https://gyazo.com/15a83518dbd0783e02f77df4fb87f871
But default cart widget works with ajax on cart page that’s why it has correct price on cart page https://gyazo.com/31b6317e35de41a9f34e82af65cb44e3

Our cart widget does not use ajax. We’ll are working on improvement of our theme and next theme update we’ll add ajax for cart widget. Until this happened you can disable cart widget in header in theme options to avoid problem with customers.
