    1. First of all, it seems that all the work that I did yesterday, is gone. I have no idea what happened but I opened my website and everything is a mess. I am building on a staging page but this shouldn’t be an issue. Any idea why the changes don’t appear? I already cleared the cache but it doesn’t change anything..
    2. I would like to use the bar to show if a customer gets free shipping. However there is free shipping from 125 euro in The Netherlands and 175 euro for Belgium and Germany. How do I have to setup this feature? Because I don’t want Germans and Belgium to think that they get free shipping when reaching 125 euro while they need 175 euros..
    3. How do I remove the euro sign?
    4. Can I change the name of the second item? It is now “Beschrijving” and it needs to be “Verhaal achter de fles”. I can create a new item and change my own description, however, the text wont be automatically imported. And I do want this because that saves me a lot of time haha.
    And how do I change the size of the tabblad text? The title is no problem, but the text is. It needs to be 14px.

    And how do I center the text a bit more? The empty space between the words is too much:

    5. All my titels are above my menu. How can I solve this problem?

    6. Is an infinite scroll also possible for the blogs page? Or is the “slow option” the best if I don’t want to use pagination or a load more button? With the slow option, the blogs slide into the screen and they go all over the place. I don’t want this either, how do I switch this off?
    7. How can I remove the tags from a blog?
    8. How to change the title of “related blogs”?
    9. Where can I change this part? I don’t want to show all of the current options to sort the products. Some options can be removed.

    10. My buttons in the cart all have a capital letter per word. I only want to use a capital for the first word. How do I change this? I have this issue also with the read more buttons on the blog page.
    11. When I remove the breadcrumbs, my header is completely messed up. I need more space on top of every page after the header. It doesn’t make sense at all that the top is so high and crosses the menu. Never ever experienced something like this. How can I fix this? I would like to have a normal header as per the settings, some space, than the title of the page followed by the content.

    Hello @Denise,

    1. The issue with missing content on your website may be caused by automatic backups or server-related problems. We kindly suggest contacting your hosting provider to check this matter on their side, as it is more likely related to their services as it could be caused by our theme. Additionally, if other developers besides you are working on your website, they might have made such modifications.

    2. You can either create several texts with comma separators, for different conditions or install an additional plugin that allows displaying content based on customer geolocation. Another option is to use a plugin that provides shortcodes for displaying content according to customer location. Please note that this functionality is not built into our theme. However, if you would like to see it included in a future update, we recommend submitting your request here: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/, where we will review its popularity based on customer votes.

    3. If you wish to remove the euro sign from the top-bar area of your header, please go to Dashboard -> XStore Builders -> Header Builder -> Elementor and edit the template. There, you will find the header content and can click on the relevant widget to edit the text (example: https://prnt.sc/SFNDv8xHcbdX).

    4. Unfortunately, without screenshots or videos, it is difficult for us to understand your request. We kindly ask you to attach screenshots and additional details for each next questions so that we can better understand your issue and provide appropriate solutions. If your request concerns modifications to Single Product Tabs, please refer to the WooCommerce documentation for instructions on customizing titles, removing tabs, and other related details: https://woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/.
    To modify the size or font of these tabs, open Dashboard -> XStore Builders -> Single Product -> Go to Builder (Elementor) and locate the Single Product Tabs widget for editing (https://prnt.sc/wSLx5qpBv6ht).
    If you would like to adjust the size of the inner content, you can use the following custom CSS in the Single Product Tabs widget under the Advanced section (https://gyazo.com/1ee9bf50d4f112f45adb07565162fdc9):

    selector .woocommerce-tabs .panel {
        font-size: 10px;
    }

    5. Based on our understanding (as it is difficult to determine without screenshots), you may be referring to the issue of the header overlapping the content (https://prnt.sc/hxeL9SyxvIfs). If this is correct, please disable the header overlap setting by navigating to Dashboard -> XStore Builders -> Header -> Elementor -> Edit Template (https://prnt.sc/fdXCpvG9Tysc). Since you are using a single header template, you will also need to adjust the spacing on your homepage (because as we see there is no need to use the header overlap option on your web-site layout) in the first section under Advanced tab -> Layout (https://prnt.sc/cXmFMZt3RU3x).

    6. As your Blog page is based on the default template, the available options can be found under Theme Options -> Blog -> Blog Layout (https://prnt.sc/1NECt_v1FyUS). There, you can set the pagination type to Lazy Loading (infinite scroll) or “More” button. If you would like more customization options for your blog pages, we recommend exploring our Posts Archive Builder (https://prnt.sc/X1E7W5AoyzVc). You can use one of the available widgets to display posts in various designs and layouts (https://prnt.sc/R9FaxU0nZSvu) and create multiple templates based on different conditions (https://prnt.sc/erhrNIsDddsF).

    7. If you are referring to post tags on single post pages, you can remove them using the following custom CSS:

    .single-tags {
        display: none;
    }

    8. To translate strings built into our theme files, you can use the Loco Translate plugin. More details can be found here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/.
    If you need a quick one-time per one-language solution, you can use the following CSS tweak:

    .related-posts .title span {
        font-size: 0;
    }
    .related-posts .title:has(>span):before {
        content: 'My custom title';
    }

    Frontend result: https://gyazo.com/a3b30df38a4261a9965e1a1b25aac7f5

    9. If your request concerns this area (https://gyazo.com/59cb00d44914cb9b41be3ea470b63db7), you can modify it by going to Dashboard -> XStore Builders -> Archive Products Builder -> Elementor -> Edit Template and locating the “Product Filters” widget to customize it as needed (https://prnt.sc/fWI3euz3hxfN).

    10. Please set the text transform option to “none” in Theme Options under Light Buttons, Dark Buttons, Active Buttons, and Bordered Buttons sections (https://prnt.sc/tKt12Tj5CllX). You can also use the following custom CSS to modify the style of buttons in posts:

    body .read-more {
        text-transform: none;
    }

    11. We have already provided an answer to this point in item 5 of our response.

    Hi Jack,

    Thank you so much for taking the time to help me out! Next time I will create a post per topic. Apologies for the list. I am used to work like this haha, but will change this for you!

    1. I think the reason why my website was a mess is because two caching plugins were working and Elementor + WP Bakery were switched on. It’s like asking for issues haha. I changed it and logged in just now and everything seems fine. No work lost luckily! 🙂
    2. I don’t like extra plugins so I will check out your first option and I will leave my feedback for the roadmap as well.
    3. I am sorry, I had to be more clear. I want to remove the euro sign of the prices. I want to show the prices without the euro sign because this increases the sales. Its a trend with webshops here in The Netherlands.
    4. I added pictures in my Word file to show you what I mean. The link and picture was helpful, I changed the name and size. The issue with the space between the words isnt solved. Please check my Word document, since I added a picture to show you what I mean.
    5. I attached the pictures to my Word document as well. Did you get my Word document? I know I am not so good in explanation, that’s why I collected everything in this document haha. But yes, the content is overlapping the header / menu. I checked your advice but the overlapping wasnt enabled. Please find attached the Word document with the picture that explains it hopefully a bit better. I have no idea why the titel of the page is shown in the header. This was from the beginning. If I am not mistaken, I think that this has something to do with the breadcrumb; if I switch this off, the titel will be removed, but the page overlaps the header / menu. So I have no idea what’s going on here.
    6. Thanks, I created my own. I tried to add a titel, but for some weird reason, they all go into the menu. Why do titels overlap the menu? What I also don’t understand is that the URL changes into /ginstories/page/2/ since it’s an infinite scroll. I dont want the URL to change.. Please see the Word document for the pictures.
    7. Thank you!
    8. Thank you!
    9. No it doesnt contain that area, please see the Word document for the picture. I meant the part below.
    10. Thank you!

    Hello @Denise,

    3/ If you would like to hide the currency symbol as shown here: https://prnt.sc/8DgD5em-yoqW, please use the following custom CSS:

    .woocommerce-Price-currencySymbol {
        display: none;
    }

    Additionally, it is recommended to add the following PHP snippet to your child-theme/functions.php file or to any code snippets plugin you are using. This will ensure that the currency symbol is not displayed in all areas where a specific price display structure is used:

    add_filter('woocommerce_currency_symbol', '__return_empty_string');

    Frontend example: https://prnt.sc/5W9zv-nqC6gg

    4/ 5/ 9/ No files are attached in your reply. Please upload your screenshots or files to a file-sharing service such as https://fex.net/ and provide the download link in the private area. Also, please provide temporary and correct wp-admin access in the private area so that we can check your settings.

    6/ If you are using the XStore Posts Archive Builder with our widgets, you can disable URL modifications after ajax loading posts by adding the following filter to your child theme’s functions.php file:

    add_filter('etheme_posts_load_more_url_history', '__return_false', 999);

    Hi Jack,

    Thanks again for helping me out, I really appreciate it!

    3. Thanks, solved! 🙂

    4/5/9. This is so weird because I attach all of my pictures by using the “Drag and drop or click to browse files” and the size is always below 10mb. I will use wetransfer after this message and send you the link.
    Regarding the account, could you send me an email address which I can use to create your own account? I cant share the current details.

    6. Thanks, solved as well :)!

    Hello @Denise,

    Thank you for providing the details.

    If you would like to display your product attributes on the single product page as shown here: https://prnt.sc/Atw5SkHiNCjO, please use the following CSS snippet:

    table.shop_attributes th,
    table.shop_attributes td {
        display: inline-block;
    }

    5/ We did not find such an issue on your website (please refer to the private content). It is possible that you are testing a custom URL or that your device has cached data. Please check the page using an incognito browser, and if the issue persists, kindly provide the URL of the page you are testing and temporary wp-admin access in the private area.

    9/ If your request concerns this section (https://gyazo.com/59cb00d44914cb9b41be3ea470b63db7), you can modify it by navigating to Dashboard -> XStore Builders -> Archive Products Builder -> Elementor -> Edit Template, and locating the “Product Filters” widget to customize it as needed (https://prnt.sc/fWI3euz3hxfN).

    If you would like to modify the sorting items shown here: https://prnt.sc/0UHJIAl9Ri9q, please refer to the WooCommerce documentation (https://woocommerce.com/document/custom-sorting-options-ascdesc/), as these items are part of the WooCommerce plugin (https://prnt.sc/5gD7ZArUxQqF).

    In-progress items from your attached file:
    1/ If you wish to remove the following button: https://prnt.sc/QIITLVDjIlSc, you can use the following custom CSS:

    .xstore-wishlist-action .add_to_cart_button {
        display: none;
    }

    Add the following CSS to improve the layout after removing the add-to-cart button

    .xstore-wishlist-action .actions-buttons {
        gap: 20px;
    }
    .xstore-wishlist-action .date-added {
        white-space: nowrap;
    }

    1.2/ If you would like to remove the following button: https://prnt.sc/J6ZFPmyj3Obv, please use this custom CSS:

    .xstore-wishlist-form .add-all-products {
        display: none;
    }

    Hi Jack,

    Thank you for taking the time and checking tis for me!

    4. Yes I would love to display it like this on the left side, but it should be in a nice straight line, now it looks kinda messy. Any idea if we can add more space between te words so that we create two neat colums?

    5. Could you please check the pages as mentioned in the private part?

    9. You are right; I want to change the sorting items. But if this is part of WooCommerce, I’ll leave it like this.

    Thank you so much for also looking into the questions that were in progress!
    1. I think it’s better to remove the button in the righ corner, because now it’s easier to add to you shopping cart if I leave the button in the action part. I hope it boost the sales a bit haha. But is it possible to have a nicer button in line with the other buttons? Perhaps a circle with a shopping bag?

    Regards,
    Denise

    Hello @Denise,

    Please note that according to Envato’s support policy, additional customization is beyond the scope of our basic support. Therefore, we are unable to provide full customization for each of your requests. However, we can guide you on possible solutions that you can implement.

    Regarding your question about the product attributes layout in the single product tabs:

    1. If you would like to achieve the following style: https://prnt.sc/ohVrUI-Kdy3c
    You can use the following custom CSS:

    table.shop_attributes th,
       table.shop_attributes td {
           display: inline-block;
       }

    If you would also like to remove the lines between the attributes (https://prnt.sc/h2iaiBBQxw3V), please add the following snippet to the previous one:

    table.shop_attributes {
           --separator-style: none;
       }

    To decrease the spacing between items, you can add this CSS along with the above:

    table.shop_attributes {
           --items-v-gap: 5px;
       }

    4. You can further customize the layout according to your needs. However, please note that it is difficult for us to assist without a clear understanding of your specific requirements, and such customization is not included in our support policy. Thank you for your understanding.

    Additionally, we were unable to check the issue from your logged-in account, as the credentials you previously provided are no longer valid.
