Different font with numbered list/normal text in text box and not able to change it

So when i use numbered lists in the same text box with normal text (paragraph), the font (size) is not the same.

Do you know what option is causing this?

See url in private content are. The first line before the numered list is far smaller than the font of the numbered list. It is on the whole site the same.
