Good morning, we are using the XStore theme on our site and really like it. We are working on getting it to load our site as quickly as possible. A couple of questions:
    1. I am wondering about putting CSS in theme custom css area versus additional css area. If a css snippet is placed in a particular format (say “mobile”) in the additional css, will it only load on a mobile browser? Right now most of our CSS is in the additional CSS area and I assume loads on all browsers?
    2. We were using the Files Manager feature of XStore to minimize loading unnecessary files, but that feature seems to have disappeared in recent releases of the theme. Has it been replaced with something else? For instance, we use WP Bakery page editor, so don’t need to load Elementor code.
    3. Other suggestions for how to minimize to loads on our pages?
Thank you as always for your support!
    Ben

    Hello,

1/ The difference of our Theme Custom CSS and Additional CSS is in the fact that if you want to import/export settings then Theme Custom CSS will be included in the export file but Additional CSS won’t be because it is in the separate tables in database and not included by default on export.
2/ Our dev team constantly working on speed improvements, File generator was out of date method, so it was replaced by others functionality, so you do not need to worry about this.
If you do no use Elemento, just disable the Elementor plugin.
3/ As I can see, you already have “A” speed result – https://prnt.sc/K1ddmCbPLFzB
If you need advanced personal site optimization you can submit a request to the WPKraken team.

Thanks for your help. We’re still doing poorly on Google pagespeed metrics – a lot coming from plugins. https://pagespeed.web.dev/report?url=https%3A%2F%2Fborregooutfitters.com%2F

    Hello,

https://prnt.sc/Lyo38k115kUV , Eliminate render-blocking resources and Reduce unused CSS – you may try solutions described here https://onlinemediamasters.com/eliminate-render-blocking-resources-wordpress/
Reduce unused JavaScript – https://web.dev/unused-javascript/?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=lr (disable unrequired plugins).
Reduce initial server response time – contact your hosting provider, because it is server-side.
