Desktop vs Mobile Site theme changes when visiting

Good afternoon.
I have built a stage site with the theme, but for some reason, the expected mobile site is not displaying what is expected.

When I resize the site on the desktop it shows what I expect, but from my mobile device it displays a random theme. If I request the desktop site on my phone I get the look and feel that I want.

Can you please assist?

We have noticed that you are experiencing discrepancies between the desktop and mobile versions of your website. Upon investigation, it seems that the XStore AMP plugin is the source of this issue. We would like to inquire whether you intend to utilize the AMP version of the site. If AMP is not part of your current plans, our recommendation is to keep the XStore AMP plugin deactivated to ensure consistency across both platforms.
