Desktop version from mobile - by Deepak Sahu

    Hello,

    When I switch to the desktop version from mobile, the displayed website/page is not exactly like the original desktop version. I wish to have the desktop version to be the same as originally shown.
    The Slider size is different, which cuts the data displayed. The products should have 4 columns but show only 2. How to solve this?

    Hello,

    I see. Unfortunately, many scripts and styles detect that you still using the mobile device even if you choose the desktop version in the Chrome settings and apply styles for the mobile version. It’s related not just to our theme but to WPBakery, Revolution slider etc. We can do nothing with this.

    Hello,

    I have no premium license for the mentioned products, how can I even contact them for support. They ask to purchase a new license for the same. I guess the licensed version is purchased by the theme author. You can help.

    Our license does not allow to contact them anymore. If you want to get the personal support from plugin authors you need to buy the personal license https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
