    Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue on my website where certain pages do not load correctly on desktop browsers, while everything works normally on mobile devices.

    Observed behavior:

Blog and Shop pages start loading, display partial content, then remain stuck (loading indefinitely or freezing).

Navigation/menu becomes unresponsive after partial load.

The issue occurs consistently on desktop (Chrome/Edge), but does not occur on mobile.

The problem persists even after disabling caching/optimization plugins.

No visible PHP errors are displayed on the frontend.

    Additional notes:

The site uses WordPress with a standard theme and common plugins.

The issue started recently; it was not present before.

The problem is reproducible across multiple desktop page loads.

Could you please help investigate what might be causing desktop-only loading/freezing behavior and advise on how to further diagnose or resolve it?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best regards,
    Oana

    Hello @NxtArt_ro,

Could you please provide us with a video demonstrating the issue? We have checked the Blog and Shop pages on your website, and they appear to load correctly without any delays or freezing. Additionally, could you confirm whether the issue occurs across different browsers or if it is specific to a particular one?

    Best regards,
