I have problem with this theme.

I have created a header for desktop and another one for mobile. Which you do under the header builder.

But the problem is. It can’t be controlled. When I go on mobile the desktop header loads instead of mobile header, and it of course looks bad.

Same for going on desktop, sometimes it only show the mobile header.

    What can be the problem?

I have removed the theme now

    Hello,

Do you use cache plugin? Which one? Such issue happens as a rule if cache plugin is enabled and separate cache for the mobile devices option is not enabled in the cache plugin settings.
So, either enable that option or go to Theme Options > General > disable Mobile Content Optimization option.

    Regards

    Hi,

thanks. That sounds fair. I use WP Super Cache for caching. Don’t know if they have separate Mobile Caching in their plugin. I will check or maybe you already know that answer?

    Hello,

Try to enable Mobile device support https://prnt.sc/1sa4tol and check after that.
Or go to Theme Options > General > disable Mobile Content Optimization option.

    Regards
