    It must using coding to create that page?
    Can i using the elementor builder to customize the cart, checkout and my account page?

    Please read this article – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/
    These pages take content from WooCommerce via shortcodes. You can add additional content or custom CSS using Elementor there, but the default content can’t be edited in this way.
