  I have followed the directions, installed the base demo content and tried installing a demo theme, but it is not working. I need some help.

  Hello,

  Are you getting any errors?
  Please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials in Private Content, and specify what template you’re trying to install.

  There are no errors.

  All login credentials included in private. The theme I am trying to install is “School”

  Once you resolve the issue, please kindly let me know what was wrong so I know for future reference. Thanks

  Hello,

  You have allow_url_fopen function disabled. Please ask your host to enable it. After that try to install the template again.
