    Hi,
I am trying to test run my site. After putting a demo product in the shop, i wanted to checkout but go this privacy error message that “your connection is not private” etc http://thecraterlibrary.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/for-8-theme-2.jpg. Kindly show me how to resolve this issue.

I have also tried all i can to remove this default header fashion image of a guy and lady on my book shop page to no avail http://thecraterlibrary.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/shop-page-image-8theme.jpg. Will you be so kind to help me sort that out. I want to remove it and replace it with an image of my choice. I tried deleting the image from the media library of my site but could not see it there.

Finally, i ‘ve been trying all i can to add a “submit new topic button” like you have on your support forum to no avail http://thecraterlibrary.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/forum-submit-page.jpg. Also, i want my Forum page to look like that of 8theme with the “welcome to our user panel” side bar http://thecraterlibrary.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/welcome-to-our-user-panel.jpg showing once a visitor is on my forum.

Thanks as i anticipate your warm speedy response.

    Charles

    Hello,

“your connection is not private” message is related to SSL certificate you’re using. You should contact your hosting provider support regarding it.

You can change the image in Theme Options > Shop > Product Page Banner.

If you want to get the same forum styling it requires additional customization. You can order it via this form https://www.8theme.com/customization-services/ .

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

But I am not using any SSL certificate yet. Please check to ensure it s not a theme issue.

Also, the image I uploaded to my blog header area is blurry. Can you help me with that ?

    Thanks Jack
