Demo not installing - by hostpuppies - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    For some reason I cannot get the demo content to install this time. I am trying to install the kids toy store. Not sure wht I am doing wrong Site and login details are in the private area.

    Ok it says it installed and it imported the revo slider. i tried clearing permalinks, but i am getting sa fatal error on the front page

    It also did not seem to install the right logo and so forth.

    installed woocommerce and some of the page appears for that demo but the logo foesnt change, now gettign a fatal error in conjunction with VC and now a memory allocation fatal error.

    i did try to install other demos. the only one i could get was the kid store landing. But obviously I need more. I will take any demo to load at this point. lso when I install woocommerce it cause a fatal error memory allocation.

    Hello,

    You need contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase memory_limit value.
    After that check templates installation.

    This is the error I am getting. It does not even load the logo or the page at all. When i deleted WooCommerce I did not get the memory allocaation error anymore, but the pages still do not load.

    Ok Im about to lsoe my mind. I increased memory limits, and also reinstalled all new wordpress and the older theme. Still nothing. Demo install problems. And apparently from reading through the forum im not the only one.

    I liked 2.1 so please dont tell me to upgrade. I had the new version. With all new plugins and it wasnt working for me then. WOuld not install the theme demo that I wanted no matter what I tried. SOme othr versions came through with broken demo information.

    I need this to work ASAP. The ftps and admin logins are in the previous version. And please dont tell me now its ok without some soret of idea to fix in the future. I have installed this theme 3 times on this server with this same issue new and old.

    Can we get an idea of what is causeing the problem? Here is the problem. Theme goes through the process of installing the teme but does not install the demo page, revo sliders or content.

    If I get another call my host response im going to lose it. How can I solve this problem?
