Demo not importing - by Omar Arabian - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    I’ve just purchased this theme and I’m having issues importing the ‘lawyer’ demo. It suggests that it will take up to 2mins for the installation to complete, however, it’s taken hours and still hasn’t been imported. I’ve also tried importing other demos but it does the same thing. So far the defaulted demo is in place which is extremely frustrating because the main reason I purchased this theme was to use the ‘lawyer’ template. I’ve attached my website URL so you can see what is going on.

    Make sure you have checked all the server requirements before the installation – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements
    Were all required plugins activated? In case if automatic plugin installation fails, you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
    Then try to install the demo content from XStore > Import Demos – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/34-demo-content
    Let us know the result.
    If you need any further assistance, provide temporary wp-admin access.
