I have purchased this theme but issue is that we are not getting all the demos which were available on the themeforest website before purchasing.
We need this demo given below
Name: WC Marketplace
URL: https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/wc-marketplace/vendor/organicplanet/
But Its not available in our theme which we have purchased.

Kindly resolve my issue.

Hello,

Import the Organic01 version and install the WC Marketplace plugin and you’ll get that demo.
Add Vendors using the plugin and you will get the mentioned page – https://prnt.sc/un1cr4

In fact, we need to use the Dokan Business Plugin. Is there any way to use this demo but with dokan plugin functionalities?

Yes, Import the Organic01 version and install the multivendor plugin you need.

Let me explain to you everything.
We have already imported Organic01 and activated Dokan plugin. But we are getting this demo https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/organic01/.
We need to get this demo https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/wc-marketplace/vendor/organicplanet/. But we want to use Dokan plugin.
What is the solution for this?
Because we need this page https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/wc-marketplace/vendors-list/ from WC Marketplace demo.
So is it possible that we get WC Marketplace demo but we will use Dokan plugin as Multivendor plugin to use the website all layout pages?

Hello,

Dokan plugin has the different options than WC Marketplace plugin so you won’t get the exactly the same layout using the Dokan plugin. And it’s not related to theme but to Dokan plugin itself. Follow the plugin documentation to create store list page and edit the vendor page layout. Contact Dokan plugin support if needed. We are able to help you only with our theme settings.

After the previous chat we have changed our mind, but still we are facing problems. Now we want “Dokan Multivendor Marketplace” demo but we are not able to do this.
Please tell us how to get this demo. Or just import this demo on our website. I am sharing the login credentials with you as well. Feel free to do any changes on the website as there is nothing to be worried about content or anything.

Hello,

The necessary demo is already imported. You just need to create vendors, fill in the vendor info etc. So, follow the Dokan plugin documentation.

We are getting another issue related to vendors. We have added new vendors and products to these vendors.
But when we open vendor’s store it shows 404 error that nothing is found. And permalinks setting are also not getting update to resolve this issue. Kindly resolve this issue.

testmeat is only the vendor which is working but it was added with the demo, other vendors are showing error which we have added.

Hello,

I have checked your site and found that the problem appears even with the default Storefront theme http://prntscr.com/uu5k37 So, contact Dokan plugin author to get help with this issue. Our theme is not the reason of the problem.
