Hello 8theme, I purchased the XStore – Responsive WooCommerce Theme. I want to use this demo https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/home-banners/ but I don’t know how to install it. I already instaled the theme + updated. I searched for the demo mentioned above but can’t find it in the list.

Please help me intall the right demo (https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/home-banners/). Thnak you.

Thanks for contacting us.
Install Default demo version, like shown in this video – https://youtu.be/UAlAkvoilfk , > go to Pages > Add new > import Home-banners page – https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI , then Dashboard > Settings > Reading > Your homepage displays > select the Imported Home page.

Hello I installed the default theme but I dont have WPBakery, I’m using Elementor. When I click add page I dont have any button for importing a page!
So how can I import the theme?

Hello,

This home page https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/home-banners/ was created using WPBkery page builder, there is no Elementor version of the page, because product look element is not available for the Elementor https://prnt.sc/1g9s1eg
All the other elements could be created using Elementor – product tabs and Banner with mask element. Create a new Home page, and edit it depends on your needs.

so, how can I install the WPBAKERY? Does it go good with Elementor? Can I have both editors installed? Or do I need to start fresh with everything?

Hello,

Take our apologies for the delay in answering.
You could install WPBakery page builder from XStore > Plugin Installer.
You can’t mix 2 page builder within one page. You can use 2 page builder on your site to create some pages using Elementor, other pages using WPBakery but we don’t recommend that because it slows down the site. So, it would better to choose one page builder and edit site content using this builder.

The default theme is instaled with elementor .. I didnt know I need to install WpBakery. As I said before .. to work only on WpBakery do I need to start fresh? or just uninstall the theme and elementor and install again the default theme with WpBakery?

Hello,

It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version (in your case, Default demo with WPBakery builder) from scratch. It is recommended to disable the theme https://prnt.sc/unle03 before the reset.

Thank you! I FINNALY DID IT.
The only problem left is .. that my homepage (https://skeezr.com/) doenst display the banner from the theme (https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/home-banners/).
Can you please help me with that?

Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area. You can use any email for it.
