    Hi,

I installed your theme (Xstore) with demo content. I checked server requirements and they should be fine. My website doesn’t look like the one you have on your server. Tried with different demos/dummycontent but still no luck. Demo content missing totally from the shop/woocommerce and most of the pages are missing as well. My menu looks pretty funny as well.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us.
You need to install woocommerce pages (Woocommerce > Status > Tools – http://prntscr.com/jcn0me) https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/
Demo pages you can import via Theme Options > Import / Export > Dummy content > Import of the additional pages or using xml files https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/34-demo-content
Menu can’t be imported because WP does not support custom menu options, you need to create own menu. Please read more http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/category/15-menu-set-up From 4.16 theme version Menu options were moved into popup https://prnt.sc/idhhcf so to be able to see all menu settings, you need to click on “8Theme Page Options”.
Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

    Regards

    Hi,

    Thank you.

I followed your instructions but unfortunately original demo’s shop items/photos weren’t imported. I understand that some photos are copyrighted and that’s fine but similar categories and styling are also missing. Horizontal categories with little (fast food) icons are missing as well.

Dummy data doesn’t include all the pages that were shown on burger demo either > Our menu for example is missing totally.

I understand that menus must be created separately.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.
We provide import of products examples with placeholders, so you need to upload own products and images. Please read WC documentation https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/
I’ve created “Our menu” page on your site. You may set id of category in Grid Products Settings http://prntscr.com/kac0i5

    Regards
