DEMO IMPORT PROBLEM – activation number limit

HI,
I bought your template almost week ago but from that time i have many problems with it.

1. Demo importer is not importing all content correctly, most of things are missing and only main page is installed . Menu is on the other place and theme don’t look good and look different than on themeforest demo. I spend many hours try fixing this problem and writing to your customer services, your employee Hung try to fix this problem and import classic demo for me and it look good, but when i try to change the demo problem is back. I tried to import dummy data and do everything by the instruction but this not helped. When Hung installed demo all was ok but when i asked him how he do that he said that he used only one click install, but this don’t worked for me.

2. Because i try to reinstall WordPress and try to fix the problem i have – activation number limit.
I want to use this theme to only one project but now I’m stuck, can we do something with this ?

I asked for money return but i think this theme deserve another for chance :).
Please to help me with this and i want to understand the problem o avoid situation like this in the future. This will save my and your time.

Hello,

1) We can help you with theme installation and also with the installation of the version that you want to use. It’s fee, just let me know what version do you prefer? Also, provide admin panel access to your site.
I’m not sure why one-click installation does not work for you. All thing should be the same except product/posts/project images (we use placeholders) and menu (theme comes with the simple menu and you can create meg menu if you need just following the documentation).

2) Fixed. You used 2 different domains to activate test site that’s why system locked the license.

It’s nice but this is not Solutions form me, I need to know whats wrong because I can’t write on support forum every time when I try to install your Theme or edit something. When i Start working on theme i use it for my clients by 2-3 years that why i need to know how to fix the problem and know how work with theme to save time. I spend many hour to find way to fix this on my own but my key is lock and now im stuck. Do you have any demo in .zip like other themes to import by my own, maybe this can fix everything. Only problem for me its that demo is not complete after import.

I can give you pass to website and you can check where is the problem.

2. I tried to install theme on different server at my sub domain to check that problem will gone. Look, in internet is many places to download cracked themes but this is not the work. I take much money for my work and i don’t have time to save $60 on theme and risk with law and play with it.

Hello,

1) If Hung installed demo content using one-click installation then it works. I can’t tell you what was wrong when you used it because I did not see how you do this and did not see what was different. Once click installation work in the following way: you click the button and it installs version home page, import Theme Options, import version sliders. If you install many demos you may face the problem with images when instead of correct images for banners, icons you get wrong images. It’s because every image/post/page has its own id and if you import many images or have much content on your site some ids are already used. And when you import the page it imports our images with wrong ids, page content after import takes images by id, if your old image has the id that new image should have then page displays old image instead of the correct one.
Menu. Our demo content comes with the simple menu and does not includes mega menu import.

2) We know that but system work in this way. It locks the codes that are used to activate theme too many times.

So, if you need help with theme installation or installation of demo content just provide me admin panel access and we’ll put all the necessary content in the correct place.
