Hello,
I’m trying to import demo but nothing appear. I clicked in “import demo”, I chosse demo and button import. A button “Next” appear but when i click on, nothing is do.
Please could you check

Do you mean import from here – https://prnt.sc/v5yiu2 ?
I can see content on your site, please note that the import will overwrite your existing content.
You can import just a particular page in the next way – https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI
If you still want to import a full demo, check what errors do you get in the browser console. What demo version do you want to install?

yES FROM HERE;

I have no error, just nothing is do: the page is blocked at “next”.

Please update WP and increase the memory limit (128MB) – https://prnt.sc/v5zepf (contact your hosting provider to get help with it).
https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements
Then, clear cache and check how the import works.
