    Hi,

I am having the same problem as several people in the forum. When I tried uploading the theme, it would not accept my full file because it said the css file was missing. So I uploaded the zipped theme file. It uploaded fine. Then when I went to load the Demo, it came back and said there were a lot of images missing. Revolution slider’s plugin is very different from the video tutorials. I was able to upload the slider, but it will not show up. When I go into it, there are also images missing. I am not sure if I did not get the needed images in my download or not. I have looked through the files and cannot locate some of them.

    Please help!

I also have 2 more questions:

    1. I am having a hard time finding the contact page. The demo has one. There are options for it in the Theme Options, but I do not see a page generated. There is nothing in the pages section. I created a contact page but do not know if there is a shortcode I am supposed to add to it to make it work.

    2. The footer section is really big. I want to get rid of the top section. I took out all the wording from it but it seems like it is still there. Is there an option to remove the top footer section?

    Hello,

I was able to log in to FTP account but the directory you specified is empty:
    http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/15/0908/h_1441720945_4474452_3ab62f5a06.png

I’ve created Contacts page in Pages section. Please check it.

Do you want to remove this footer section http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/15/0908/h_1441721330_6880963_9c15bda196.png ? If so you need delete the content you added into “The Fifth Footer Widget Area” – “The Eighth Footer Widget Area” in Appearance > Widgets.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

No. There were two sections to the footer. I wanted 1-4 removed. I want to keep 5-8. Are you saying it is one footer and not two sections? I removed the top-padding of 50px from the css, so that helped bring down the top area so it was not so thick.

Is there an area that provides all the shortcodes? The contact shortcode was not located where the other shortcodes were, so I did not know how to bring up the page. I knew it was hardcoded somewhere because of the theme options for the contact page.

The biggest problem I am having is the slider. The slider was missing a bunch of photos on the upload and when I imported the file, they were still missing so it has never worked. I tried to create my own slider, but the dimensions that it has it there has created a huge slider that cropped off. Is there a way to know what size the slide needs to be for the boxed layout?

I am having the same problem with filezilla to pull the directory files. I called my host and walked through it with them. Everything I gave you is correct. It connects but cannot get access to the directory files. They suggested I call Mozilla. Is there a way for you to use the WP credentials and log into the CMS system that way?

    Hello,

You can find shortcodes list in the documentation:
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/idstore/index.html#!/idstore_shortcodes

I’ve imported images for demo slider. Original sizes for them are 2560px × 480px.

Please show on a screenshot what exactly you want to customize in footer.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
