    Hello,

Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in private content and we’ll import demo variants manually.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Could you please provide us with FTP credentials as well?
Are you not going to use Woocommerce plugin?
Please note some content can be missed on templates variants because there are no products to display as Woocommerce plugin isn’t installed.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Thanks Eva!
I see the demo content, although I would like know how to fix that problem by my self, and if is cause of some setting of my server or wordpress configuration.
But, I give this topic as solved

Hi Eva, I have some questions:
1 – Why when I load some version of demo content, not load menus, pages, prorducts and another stuff what can I see in your demo version?
2 – How can I costomize the predefined parts, like header?
3 – the “Boxed” version is not available to load in “Theme options”, why?

    thanks a lot.

    Hello,

    1. Perhaps there are some hosting restrictions on a server where your site is located. Again you have to check error logs concerning this issue.
    2. Please specify what exactly you want to customize. It can be done via css styles in custom.css and editing php files.
    3. Did you checked Theme Options > General > Site Layout?

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
