Hello i was so happy with my last install of this them that i have purchased it again for a new project that i am working on.

I have isntalled the demo content for the parallax theme but it doesnt work when i install it?

Can you advise what settings i need to amend to get this working?

Thaks Eva that is working fine now. I am looking to setup a child theme before i start customizing can you send me a link to how to do this.

I have searched the forum but can’t seem to find anything?

I did find a thread but that was requesting files for a child theme?

Hello,

We have already created and included child theme in theme package. You just need to find woopress-child folder in theme package and upload it to /wp-content/themes/ folder of your server.

Hello eva i am just checking the paralax on my phone & it doesnt seem to be working, is it possible to get this to work on a phone.

I have also used the text blocks & the text doesnt scale down, its still large on a phone.

Can you scale this down with the screen size?

There is 500 error when trying to install demo content.
I checked your error_log file and there is an error:
PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 66846720) (tried to allocate 1 bytes) in /home3/x5g6l6d3/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1775

You need contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase memory_limit value.

Hello @Andre,

To display images on mobile try to use this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile:
```
.upb_row_bg {
  background-size: 100% 100% !important;
}
```
Please note as your original images are wide they may be stretched on mobile.

To decrease text font use this code in Custom CSS for mobile:
```
h1 {
    font-size: 26px !important;
}
```

So you have to contact your hosting provider support.

Eva i have done that change & its not ideal but i am going to try some other css changes to see what works best.

The parallax effect doesnt work on mobile is there any way to get this to work like the desktop?

Unfortunately parallax images can’t be resized on mobiles.
If you check our demo site https://www.8theme.com/demo/woopress/parallax/ you’ll see the same effect.
