Demo Content not working properly i send wp info

    Hi ,
    I face a problem when i import my demo content but it ‘s not work properly please see this problem my wp-admin info is

    Content is visible for topic creator and
    support staff only.
    Files is visible for topic creator and
    support staff only.

    We have thoroughly checked the demo import functionality on our side, and everything is working as expected. Additionally, we have reinstalled the demo from scratch on your website, but the issue still persists.

    Based on our investigation, we are quite confident that the issue is related to your server configuration. Possible causes may include Varnish cache, CDN, or Cloudflare settings.

    We kindly recommend the following steps:

    – Clear all server and browser caches.
    – If the issue continues, try importing the demo on a local WordPress installation. This will help confirm whether the issue is server-related.
    – Alternatively, try installing the demo on a fresh WordPress installation on your server.

    If the problem still persists after these steps, please let us know. One of our support specialists will be happy to investigate the issue further.

    Serval time i work cash and wp reset but can not solved this issue, Can you do this already i send my wp-admin info please do it i can not solved it

    Hello,

    We kindly ask you to contact your hosting provider with a request to temporarily disable the server-side cache and CDN. Currently, the homepage of your website is displaying cached content that was incorrectly set up, and this issue persists regardless of the changes we apply.

    This behavior indicates that something on the server side is preventing the updated and correct content from being displayed. Please note that this issue is not related to the theme (all works fine in Theme Options – https://prnt.sc/TUYrSl9XpIyz ) and must be resolved at the server level.
