    I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong here…. I changed all the permissions to read write. It says it installs correctly and nothing changes. I’ve checked in multiple browsers. Help please.

    Please ask your hosting provider to increase memory_limit value.

    Okay, you would need to do this through coding in a .user.ini file. I don’t see a .user.ini file in the hosting right now, so you would need to create and add this. The WordPress forums may have more information on the correct code to use for this.

    still waiting… please help. We were able to install demo content, but not the skate. can you load that?

    Hello,

    The template has been imported into Pages section, but slider can’t be imported because ZipArchive extension is not enabled on a server. Please ask your hosting provider to activate it.
