Hi sir, I’m trying to import the demo but don’t know why it’s not importing properly. Sometimes the products missing and sometimes images etc. Please can you fix this issue? and also tell me why I’m facing this issue. Please check your private area.

Do you prefer WPBakery or Elementor?
It looks like XStore Core plugin was not installed correctly. Connect to your files via FTP, and re-upload the Core plugin, or provide us with FTP access and we will help you.

Hello,

We don’t need cPanel. We need FTP access to your WP installation files. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
