Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
To modify the header content, please navigate to XStore Builders > Header Builder with Elementor > Edit Template. You may refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/nHKCWGSYNArl
However, it appears that a white screen is currently being displayed when attempting to access the template. This issue may be related to the PHP version on your server.
We kindly ask you to downgrade your PHP version from 8.4.5 to either 8.1 or 8.2 (contact your hosting provider) , as not all plugins are currently compatible with version 8.4.5.

Hi, I downgraded PHP to version 8.2. But why did the import import links to some images instead of the correct URLs?
Hello,
We appreciate your prompt response.
It appears that there was existing content (such as images and plugins) on your website prior to the import process, which indicates that it was not a clean installation.
Unfortunately, the issue with the white screen in the builder still persists. We kindly ask you to deactivate any third-party plugins and provide us with FTP access so that we can investigate the issue more thoroughly.
You can obtain FTP credentials by contacting your hosting provider

Okay. Sending ftp.
Hello, dano111222,
Thank you for providing access. We would like to kindly clarify a few points:
1. Was the demo content installed on a clean website, or were there already existing elements such as posts, products, or images present beforehand?
2. Was the “Electronic Mega Market” demo version installed directly, or was a different demo version installed prior to that?
We appreciate your assistance and look forward to your response.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
Hi, the images were uploaded before importing the demo but only on the coming soon page via elementor. And the logo too. No other theme or plugins were uploaded before importing the demo. Your theme was the first. And only one demo was imported.
Thank you for your clarification.
The issue appears to be that when you uploaded the images, WordPress automatically assigned them certain IDs, which coincidentally matched the IDs of the menu items from our demo content.
There are two possible solutions to resolve this:
1. Use a plugin such as “Reset Database” to remove all existing data, then install the demo content again and upload your images afterward.
2. Manually edit the menu and assign the correct links and logo to ensure everything displays properly.

okay I’ll fix the images. But I can’t edit the header. The page loads and nothing happens. Just a white background.
Hello, dano111222,
We have made some updates, and the header should now be loading correctly. Kindly check and confirm on your end. Please make sure to clear your cache before testing to ensure the changes are properly reflected.

Hello, I’m not seeing content such as product description and product features on the single product page. The content is there in the backend in the template.
Hello, dano111222,
Regarding product variations, we import only five such products. This approach is intended to avoid overwhelming users with variations that may not be relevant to them.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
I don’t understand 🙂 I don’t see any description for the products.
We have identified the cause of the issue where product descriptions are not being displayed on your website. It appears that the plugin “WooCommerce Catalog Mode” is responsible for this behavior. Specifically, the plugin is generating the following warnings:
Warning: Undefined variable $oldProduct in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-catalog-mode/public/class-woocommerce-catalog-mode-public.php on line 1729
Warning: Undefined variable $oldPost in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-catalog-mode/public/class-woocommerce-catalog-mode-public.php on line 1730
When the plugin is deactivated, these warnings no longer appear, and the product descriptions are displayed correctly.
We recommend reviewing the plugin settings or contacting the plugin developer for further assistance.

Hi, okay I deactivated the plugin. But even the variable products are not displayed correctly. Watch the video as a demo and hello I have it on my own page. You have it nice with the product and it offers me options (variations) from the bottom bar.
Hello, dano111222,
Thank you for reaching out. The product appears differently because, in our demo, it includes two attributes: storage and color. However, your product has only one attribute – storage. This difference affects how the product is displayed.

That’s not what I mean. I want the variants and the add to cart button to be displayed in the same place as your demo. I don’t know where to switch. I don’t want my current view where the view is at the bottom of the bar.
Hello,
Please check the products now.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

great, that’s what I wanted. And where can I edit this bottom bar? Because I want to give it a zero radius, change the button color, and make the font larger. Where can I edit that?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Hi, I’m attaching a short video where I need help because my settings are correct but not working 🙂
1. The gap between the price and the variant selection is too big – even though I don’t really have a gap there.
2. If I don’t have a variant selected, how do I adjust the hoover button radius?

Hi, great. Just please, I don’t want the radius. And if I change the radius to 0, then the hover won’t change. And I had to fix the margins on the button via css because of the font style, or I don’t know if I can do it with the hover. What css should I use please?
Hello,
Could you please provide a link to the product where the border on the mentioned button is still visible on hover?

I’m sending it. But it’s up to each individual 🙂
Hello,
We would like to inform you that the border radius for dark buttons has been updated. You can find this change under Theme Options > Styling > Dark Buttons.
Kindly review the result at your convenience.

Great thanks, and is there a css class or something how I can fix the text margins? Like I fixed it with the normal button?
Hi @dano111222,
Do you mean these texts?
Please try with this custom CSS code:
.single-product .product_meta span {
margin-top: 10px;
}
Hope it helps!

I tried, and it doesn’t work 🙂
Hi @dano111222,
Please delete your custom CSS codes and add this custom CSS code instead:
.elementor-3142 .elementor-element.elementor-element-513fe7e .single_add_to_cart_button .button-text:last-child {
margin-top: 5px;
}
.elementor-3142 .elementor-element.elementor-element-513fe7e .single_add_to_cart_button:hover .button-text:last-child {
margin-top: 1px;
}
Hope it helps!
